Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with people with Autism?

Nope! While many people know ABA as a treatment for autism, the science is much broader. We work with individuals across the lifespan and ability levels to support behavior change, skill-building, and daily life success.

What types of concerns can you address?

We address a wide range of goals and challenges, including executive functioning (organization, motivation, task follow-through), emotional regulation and coping skills, parenting strategies and routines, behavioral challenges at home, work, or school, skill-building (communication, independence, social skills)

Can I work with you if I'm not a parent or caregiver?

Absolutely. We work directly with individuals of all ages who want to build structure, improve habits, manage emotions, or reach personal goals. We’ll help you create a practical plan that actually works for your life.

Can you train my team or staff?

We sure can. We offer professional development sessions for educators, therapists, and paraprofessionals on topics like behavior support, reinforcement, data collection, or inclusive practices.

Do you provide ongoing support?

We offer both. Some clients need just a session or two to troubleshoot something specific, while others prefer ongoing coaching or check-ins. We’ll match the format to your needs.

I don't have a diagnosis, can I still work with you?

Yes! Many of the clients we support are just looking for help navigating common challenges like transitions, routines, tantrums, or communication concerns. No diagnosis is needed.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay practice and are not currently in-network with insurance providers. This allows us to offer more flexible, personalized support without the restrictions of insurance approvals or session limits.

We also provide superbills (detailed receipts) upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. To help make services more accessible, we offer a sliding scale option for families who may need financial support.

What are your payment options?

We utilize a billable hourly service. To help make services more accessible, we offer a sliding scale option for families who may need financial support. We also accept ESA+ funding.
