At Bailey Behavior Consulting LLC (BBxC), our goal is to make Applied Behavior Analysis practical, accessible, and genuinely useful in everyday life. We offer a range of services designed to meet people where they are, including individualized coaching, ongoing support following initial services, and structured fieldwork supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA certification.
BBxC brings experience across both autism services and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), allowing us to approach behavior from a broader, more flexible lens. Our fieldwork supervision is designed to develop competent, ethical, and confident future clinicians through meaningful mentorship, applied learning, and individualized guidance aligned with current BACB standards.
In addition to direct services, we provide practical tools such as token systems, visual schedules, and other resources that support behavior change in real-world settings. Our behavior support services are available to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on building skills, improving daily routines, and creating sustainable change—without requiring a formal diagnosis.
What sets BBxC apart is the balance of clinical expertise and real-life application. Founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BBxC is grounded in science while remaining approachable, flexible, and centered on the individual.

Vision
Bailey Behavior Consulting (BBxC) was founded on a simple belief: behavior change should be accessible, individualized, and grounded in compassion. After seeing how many people could benefit from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), yet were unable to access services without a formal autism diagnosis, I felt called to create something different.
ABA is a powerful science with applications far beyond traditional clinical settings. At BBxC, we expand how ABA is used by supporting families, adolescents, and adults regardless of diagnosis. Whether the goal is building independence, improving routines, reducing challenging behavior, or creating meaningful growth, our approach meets each person where they are.
Our vision goes beyond individual services. We are committed to expanding the scope of ABA through inclusive, real world application, fieldwork supervision, and accessible resources like on demand learning. Fieldwork supervision at BBxC supports future clinicians pursuing traditional clinical or autism focused paths, while also encouraging growth in areas such as Organizational Behavior Management and broader dissemination of ABA across everyday settings.
